“I began consulting with Peak in 2012, and joined the staff full time in 2015. As President, I oversee our existing business, identify key areas for growth, and steer the organization toward what’s next on the Peak horizon. Outside of work, I enjoy reading, craft projects, and spending time outdoors with my plants and animals.”
“I have worked for Peak Performers since 2010. I began my career here in the Payroll and Billing Department and now work as Director of Staffing Services. Recently, I earned a Master’s degree from the Human Dimensions of Organization program at the University of Texas at Austin. Before moving to Austin, I was an actress in New York City. I currently perform my original music locally in a band I formed with my twin sister.”
“I’m lucky to have found Peak Performers where I have been part of the IT Staffing team since 2015. As IT Staffing Manager, I get to build relationships with topnotch IT professionals and introduce them to great job opportunities with our clients. A few things that make me smile are: enjoying time with my family and friends, exploring the Texas hill country, tending to my little flock of hens, and practicing yoga.”

“My first job at Peak was as a temp doing a scanning job for TXDot. When the assignment ended, Peak needed a temp in payroll, so I took the job and within a few weeks was offered the position, which I stayed in for seven years. As Peak grew so did the need for more staffing consultants. When the opportunity came to move from payroll to staffing I made the switch. A favorite past time is traveling, and Texas offers many opportunities for interesting day trips. One of my favorite trips was visiting the Painted Churches in Fayette County. Truly a Texas treasure!”
“I was drawn to Peak Performers and its mission in June 2016 after 20 years in nonprofit management. As a Staffing Consultant, I relish the opportunity to match our associates with job assignments that well fit their skills and interests. My favorite activities, beyond staying on the radar of my adult children, include walking, traveling, and cheering incessantly at college football games.”
“I started with Peak Performers after 3 years with a boutique executive recruiting firm. When the opportunity fell in my lap I jumped on it because Peak’s mission hits very close to home for me. I am lucky to be a part of the Peak family! When I am not at work I enjoy spending time with my 2 great kiddos and 3 dogs!”
“I work in the Recruiting Department to find talented people for our contract positions. I also work in Business Development, developing Peak’s responses to RFPs so we can find new opportunities for our talented people! Prior to Peak, I worked for Apple for six years where I developed my love for helping people. When I’m not at work, you can find me bike riding, ballroom dancing, or playing board games.”
“I have worked for Peak since 2008, primarily as the Client Services Representative. Now, I coordinate our special events, such as our client lunch and learns and special initiatives. I enjoy the variety of my work days. When I relax at home, I like to read, create photo albums and stitch needlepoint.”

“I have always had a passion for creating opportunities and empowering others, and I was drawn to Peak Performers because of their mission. As a Recruiting Coordinator, I get to help people everyday with getting closer to achieving their goals, and that is so rewarding to me. Before joining Peak Performers, I created a line of handmade guitar straps, geared towards female musicians, and had them sold in over 20 music stores in Texas. I am a singer/songwriter, Austin native, and musical theater nerd.”

“I have worked for Peak Performers since 2013 and have loved every minute of it. I head up our payroll department and hustle each week to get all of our associates paid for their hard work. In my spare time, I like to read, dabble in culinary creations, and partake in the occasional Netflix binge watching session.”
“I have been a Peak staff member since 2013. I love working in the different areas of our office. I help process our weekly payroll and invoicing, respond to employment verifications, and help coordinate our medical benefits program. When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time shopping, reading, and volunteering for the Boy Scouts, my church, and for the McNeil Band program (Go Band)!”
